Steaming Directions

(Lobster tails)

  1. Fill pot with water to indicated line.
  2. Bring water to a boil and add a lemon cut in half.
  3. Add spice and salt containers to the boiling water.
  4. Add the garlic and cook for 4 minutes.
  5. After 4 minutes, add the artichokes.
  6. After 4 minutes, add the potatoes.
  7. After 6 minutes cooking the potatoes, add the yellow onion.
  8. After 6 minutes, add the lobster tails, corn and sausage together.
  9. After 3 minutes, add shrimp and steam for 3 minutes.
